Where do I begin? I had a fantastic experience at Eggspectation Owings Mills from the moment I sat at the bar, the service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was hot and fresh and the Maple Bourbon Manhattan, wow. Hands down one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while. The flavor was bold, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Highly recommend if you're into craft cocktails with a smoky twist! What really stood out, though, was the teamwork I witnessed. It was great to see the manager/ general manager actively supporting his team, jumping in to help where he was needed. I actually made comment to my waiter about this. That kind of hands on leadership speaks volumes about the culture here, and should not go unnoticed. I didn't get the managers name but he was of Latin decent and had some nice brown shoes on. Yes.. I looked..lol Overall, great food, great drinks, great people. I’ll definitely be back!

Food was eggspecially eggxquisite!! Very accommodating… beet salad I asked to add walnuts… done…. They don’t serve shrimp Alfredo fettuccine… made that happen…. Asked for a strawberry daiquiri “ unfortunately we don’t mix alcohol in our blender” Highly respect it…. Fortunately I wanted a virgin daiquiri… “absolutely we can do that”… my first visit and loved it. Next time I’ll come before close to closing time. Tho 18% gratuity is added automatically in this case egg specially more than deserved! Complements to the accommodation of the waitress, the skills of the bartender, and the quality of food from an eggxperienced culinary team. Well done!!
We were in Baltimore visiting family and stopped in for breakfast — and WOW, this place did not disappoint! Hands down the BEST crepe we’ve ever had 🤩. It was loaded with ham, spinach, cheeses, and hollandaise sauce. It came with a side of greens and crispy potatoes with sautéed onions — perfection. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town! 🥞✨

So far of the 3 eggspecration location I been to this was the best and what can I say the service was above an beyond out server/bartender Vinnie was the plus made us feel like family we were celebrating my sons 25th. Can't wait ro go back it's a bit far but we'll worth the drive. When you go ask for "cousin Vinnie" the expresso martini and the grilled honey bbd chicken wings. Everything was good but those were just outstanding. Most definitely got to go try some more of what's on the menu. See yah soon "Cousin Vinnie"
AMAZING first visit! My first time eating at Eggspectations in Owings Mills was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with nothing but smiles—even the day after Christmas—which immediately set the tone for a great experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, but what truly made this visit special was the outstanding customer service. Our waiter, DaeSean, was incredible! He was patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offering great suggestions that perfectly complemented our meal. His professionalism, humility, and positive energy really stood out and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you, Eggspectations, for such a wonderful experience. This was a 5-star visit all around, and we can’t wait to come back!
It was my daughter and my first time here and we were pleased. Our waitress Shiyah, was pleasant and attentive. It was busy and a wait when we went around 2pm. We were told it would be a 25min wait, we were seated in less than 15mins. The food came out freah and hot, and was good. I love that they offer turkey bacon and sausage for breakfast. We tried the Eggsuberant (pancakes) and Eggstravaganza (french toast). The smoothies were refreshing also. The Green Light was good!
